Mr. Abdul Rahman has a long experience in the financial markets and their regulation , and he is one of the leaders participating in the Capital Market Authority , as well as the Saudi Stock Exchange , and this included supervision and review of the Authority`s strategy and restructuring it , working as Director of the Share Control Department at the Saudi Central Banke , which was the intention of establishing the Capital Market Authority , during which he would be included in several positions until his appointment as Vice Chairman of the Board of the Capital Market Authority in 2009 until 2016.

         Mr. Abdul Rahman is on the board of directors of a number of companies and committees in the field of investment and real estate development , including the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al-Inma Investment Capital ( AIC) , Chairman of the Board Directors of Tadawul Real Estate Company , Vice Chairman of the Board Directors of Umm Al-Qura Real Estate Development Company , and Chairman of the Board Directors Tharawat Tuwaiq Financial Company And Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al-Ahly REIT Fund (1).

          Holds a Bachelor`s Degree in Business Administration from King Saud University in 1984 AD.
