Rayyan Alkhowaiter has over twenty years of experience in the fields of capital market regulations, corporate governance, and strategic planning. He worked for Saudi Aramco for nine years and in multiple positions at the Capital Market Authority (CMA) for eight years, including Head of Violations of Investment Funds and Offering Unit, Head of Investor Protection, and Head of Enforcement Department, before moving to a leading Saudi financial institute as Deputy CEO. Rayyan holds a BSc in industrial engineering from King Saud University and an MBA from the American University in Dubai.
